The Council of Chiefs is made up of leaders from the five lodges in
Section W-1C. There are nine voting positions within the section. Three
youth members serving as officers, five Lodge Chiefs, and the Immediate
Past Section Chief all have votes. In the case that a Lodge Chief is
also a section officer, the lodge may delegate its voting position to
another lodge officer. Officer elections are held every year at the
Section Conclave. All section officers must be under 21 during their entire term of office. Council of Chiefs, or COC,
meetings are usually held every two months at a location central to all of the lodges. For the date and location of the
next COC meeting, check the calendar of events. When we have telephone conference calls use this phone number: Call-in number: 1-800-391-1709 Bridge Pin number: 131087
